Founded by retired educator Christine Jackson, Empower Ed Consulting, Inc. is dedicated to advancing student success and strengthening teacher support across Georgia and beyond. With over 40 years of experience serving as both a program assistant and classroom teacher specializing in Behavior Disorders, Christine brings a deep understanding of the challenges and triumphs within today’s public school systems.
Throughout her career, she has navigated the complexities of multiple Georgia school districts, building lasting relationships with educators, administrators, and families. Her insight into student needs, classroom dynamics, and systemic barriers drives her mission to empower all stakeholders in education.

Behavior Support Services
Comprehensive behavioral support services designed to help students succeed through a data-driven approach that begins with Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and leads to tailored Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP). Support includes both individualized and group-based interventions, such as targeted social skills instruction for students with EBD or ASD, with ongoing progress monitoring. To foster a supportive learning environment, educators are also equipped with behavior coaching, classroom management consulting, and crisis intervention training.
